I am excited to say that I have started coaching the 6 am class at CrossFit Palo Alto. Labor Day was the first day of the class and it went great. Joe and Jim threw down on a great benchmark workout you might of heard of called "Mary" (As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 5 Handstand push ups, 10 Pistols (one leg squats) and 15 pull ups). Both guys finished with no hand tears unlike an unlucky few in the 5 am class. I am looking forward to the class growing and getting to know the morning crew at CrossFit Palo Alto.
